Topic sentiment assigns a score to each document. The aggregated sentiment score is displayed as a proportion of Topic Impact, conveying the weight of the sentiment towards the topic and organisation.
Sentiment does not apply to all documents. Those without a score will appear in the 'Unknown' category. Unknown-rated documents can include non-English articles.
