Each insight has a row of symbols. 

The down arrow is the download button. This allows you to take the insights into a presentation as an image file or you can download the raw data to an excel file for additional analysis.  

The question mark is a helpful reminder of what the insight is showing you and will direct you to our help centre.

The plus symbol will allow you to add the insight to a RepVault Note. RepVault Notes lets you share insights with your colleagues. It will also provide the ability to add your own commentary or instruction alongside the insight. The insight can then be shared directly with recipients by email who will be able to interact with the data.    

Finally the square symbol expands the insight to allow you to investigate the data easier. In some cases, expanding the insight will provide a more detailed view of the insight.
