  • Results can be filtered by online media or social media.

  • Results can be filtered by language

  • Results can be filtered by data pack

  • Volume shows how many documents have covered the search term(s) in the past 180 days. Volume will help you see the ebbs and flows of a conversation.

  • Documents and insights will refresh as you make changes to the date range.

  • Documents are automatically displayed by relevance, but you can change to sort by date.

Documents is based on the 1000 most relevant documents which helps

to filter out noise and is grouped by similar titles to help spot common stories.

Insights also works by grouping the 1000 most relevant documents.

Themes show the topics most associated with the search. This insight works by

grouping the topics based on common language used within documents. It can

be useful for surfacing unknown topics within the conversation, building/adding

to taxonomies, informing campaigns/strategies and monitoring a crisis.

Breakdown provides some further options to look at the search. When looking at

online media you can filter by countries mentioned in the conversation, where

content originates from and by source. When looking at social media authors and

hashtags are available in place of sources.

Sentiment is the final insight available that also leverages a new machine

learned technology to distribute sentiment according to probability.
