Navigation Panel

The Navigation Panel allows you to choose your Reputation Taxonomies, filter by driver, filter across media types and select specific date ranges to analyse.

Taxonomies
A taxonomy is a group of topics. All customers have access to the Polecat taxonomy which is your broad reputation view, giving you insight into how people talk about you and what you are known for. Other standard taxonomies include ESG and Risk are available depending on your contract. A customised taxonomy is also possible – please speak to us for details.

Filters

Language
If you have additional language packs you can select them here.

Geography

Look at insights by region by using the Geography filter to select the countries

and/or U.S. States of interest. This will allow you to view different insights

according to the locations being mentioned in the conversation. Add or exclude

the locations to pinpoint the geographical view of interest.

Sentiment

Filter by sentiment type to see insights based only on documents that are healthy, neutral, unhealthy or unknown. Choose one or more sentiment filters to better understand the tonality of discourse around key reputation drivers and topics affecting your organisation, competitors or industry.

Media Type

Select between All Media, Online Media or Social Media to filter the insights across the page. This allows you to more rapidly see how different topics may be playing out, escalating or attenuating on different media, and the different impact, headlines, sentiments and stakeholders involved.

Date Range:
You can search for data up to the past 6 months or select a time period that you are interested in analysing. Polecat can offer up to 12-months of data please speak to us for more details.
